Domenii Park is a luxurious real-estate project built at the end of 2011

Cyrom Investments, owner of several real-estate projects, needed a communication strategy for its newly built real-estate project in Domenii area, Bucharest.

Taking into consideration both the target as well as the clients budget, we have recommended a mix of online communication (70%) and atypical ATL projects (30%). Most of the online advertising was directed to Google and Facebook platforms as well as important business online channels such as The atypical ATL projects included private hospitals and beauty saloons advertising, unconventional press ads in Ziarul Financiar, brand exposure at top financial events. All of these together with punctual outdoor advertising succeeded in raising brand awareness for the newly launched Domenii Park brand.

Although the real-estate market passed through an economic crisis, Domenii Park succeeded in selling half of the luxurious apartments during the first year of communication. In 2014, there are only a few apartments available for sale, which means that our communication strategy combined with the talented sales skills of Domenii Park Team have successfully worked together
